Trouble accessing ESS Mobile.

The on demand company ID will be WFS with all capital letters. Your login is your employee ID and the PIN can be obtained from your welcome email after July 2025. Otherwise, please reach out to Stephanie or Santiago.

Trouble accessing Success Factors (SAP).

Make sure you're using the correct SAP website with the WFS logo at the login, company ID will be worldwidef in all lowercase. If you are unable to log in after two attempts, please click 'Forgot Password' to prevent getting locked out of your account.

I believe I'm missing hours, who do I talk to?

Please get in touch with Stephanie and/or Santiago for time discrepancy.

How do I request time off or vacation days?

All time off requests must be submitted with Stephanie for the PM. Please ensure you submit your request at least two weeks in advance for proper approval processing. You must check in with the manager to check if your time off was approved. Submitting a time off request does not automatically mean it has been approved. During peak season and major holidays, RTO will not be approved. New employees must have been with the company for 90 days before requesting time off.

When is payday?

Payday is bi-weekly. For new employees, please refer to your welcome email for your payday. This varies based on when you started.

What is the uniform policy?

WFS provides all its employees with a safety vest, protective ear plugs and a $75 stipend towards their safety toe boot after 90 days of employment. Employees are responsible for obtaining PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as safety toe boots, which are mandatory to work in the ramp. Additionally, it is highly recommended to obtain rain gear, gloves, refillable water bottle and heat shield gear during the summer and tropical storm times.

I've been recognized, how do I claim my money?

You must access the reward via your personal e-mail. You will have received an email from AWARDCO where it says, "you've been recognized!" Simply click that email. Log in with your personal email and passwor or create one if you've never visited the site before. Once logged in, at the top right you will be able to see and redeem your balance into a gift card to use.'

What is the policy for using personal phones?

Personal mobile phones are not permitted inside the UPS facility unless specifically authorized by a manager for work-related purposes. Please keep all personal items secured in your vehicle before entering the facility.
